Brownies with mint and nuts

Brownies are extremely delicious, and brownies with mint are twice as delicious. Mint gives it freshness. This is just a delight for the sweet tooth!

Butter 7 tablespoons

Bitter chocolate 6.35 oz (180 g)

Chicken egg 2 pieces

Sugar 7.05 oz (200 g)

Wheat flour 1.43 lbs (650g)

Vanilla extract ½ teaspoon

Salt a pinch

Mint extract ¾ teaspoon

Pecan 3 tablespoons

Milk 1 tablespoon

Powdered sugar 2.82 oz (80 g)


Preheat the oven to 356F (180C). Grease a rectangular or square metal baking dish with a small amount of oil. Over a low heat, melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Leave to cool.

Using a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar for 5 minutes until frothy. Add the chocolate-butter mixture, flour, 0.5 teaspoons of mint, vanilla and salt. Stir until smooth. Add the chopped nuts.
