Donuts with vanilla and chocolate
Donuts is a well-known delicacy that is loved by both adults and children. Treat yourself to this. Easy to cook, delicious to eat. Donuts are very tasty, airy, soft and covered with colored glaze. We covered them with chocolate, it turned out very beautiful.
Ingredients
Wheat flour — 8.82 oz (250 g)
Sugar — 4.41 oz (125 g)
Vanilla 2 teaspoons
Eggs 3 pieces
Pinch of salt
Baking powder 1 piece
Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
Milk — 1 Cup
Chocolate — 8.82 oz (250 g)
Instruction
Cooking time 30 minutes
Prepare the ingredients
Melt the butter. Sift the flour several times.
Flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla and salt to mix.
Make a hole in the middle and pour in the milk, butter and eggs.
Mix well with a mixer until a homogeneous mass.
Add the chocolate pieces and mix well with a spoon.
Knead the dough in a combine for 5–8 minutes, starting at a low speed. The dough should be uniform and not stick to your hands. Put the dough in portions with a spoon in the doughnut machine.
Bake until golden, about 4–5 minutes.
The dough is periodically mixed as pieces of chocolate may stick.
