It should be drunk either in the morning or in the afternoon, because it is well toned and invigorating, and for an evening meal, for example, tea with chamomile is suitable.

You can drink a whole glass at once, it is better to do of course each time a fresh portion. But if you have no time, you are busy all day at work, then prepare a drink immediately for the whole day, in this case it should be stored in the refrigerator. And before use, pour into a glass and let it stand on the table so that it warms up to room temperature. Or just a little, to warm up in the microwave, on a steam bath or low heat. The main thing is not to heat it up too much, otherwise it will lose all the useful substances and vitamins.
