Vegetable cake “farm”

What can be tastier and healthier than vegetable dishes? Vegetable cake “farm” with mushrooms is proof of this. Nutritious and satisfying, made from vegetables directly from the garden, it will diversify any menu.

Ingredients

Mushrooms 3.53 oz
Cauliflower 1/2 head
Zucchini or zucchini 2 PCs.
Potatoes 17.64 oz
Eggplant 1 PC.
Carrot 2 PCs.
Garlic 4 cloves
Eggs 2 PCs.
Cream 8.82 oz
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Parsley 1 tablespoon
Dill 1/2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
Oil for greasing the mold 1 tablespoon

Instruction

Cooking time 50 minutes

First of all, wash and peel the potatoes. Cut it across in round slices of medium thickness. Pour water over the potatoes so that they get a beautiful golden color when baking. While the potatoes are soaked, wash and peel the remaining vegetables and mushrooms. Also cut into thin slices.
